La energ\u00eda cin\u00e9tica se refiere a la energ\u00eda del movimiento, como la de un cuerpo u objeto en movimiento, mientras que la energ\u00eda potencial es la energ\u00eda almacenada a la espera de ser liberada. La energ\u00eda potencial es como la piedrecita que tienes en la mano para lanzar, mientras que la energ\u00eda cin\u00e9tica crea las ondas cuando la piedrecita se lanza al agua.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dentro de estos tipos principales de energ\u00eda se clasifican a su vez diez subtipos de energ\u00edas: <em>energ\u00eda qu\u00edmica<\/em> (almacenada en mol\u00e9culas, alimentos, biomasa), <em>energ\u00eda mec\u00e1nica<\/em> (energ\u00eda almacenada en relaci\u00f3n con el movimiento o la posici\u00f3n), <em>energ\u00eda nuclear<\/em> (energ\u00eda almacenada en n\u00facleos at\u00f3micos liberada por fisi\u00f3n o fusi\u00f3n), <em>energ\u00eda gravitatoria<\/em> (energ\u00eda debida a la posici\u00f3n de un objeto en un campo gravitatorio), <em>energ\u00eda luminosa<\/em> (forma de radiaci\u00f3n electromagn\u00e9tica visible para el ojo humano), <em>energ\u00eda radiante<\/em> (incluye todas las formas de radiaci\u00f3n electromagn\u00e9tica, como los rayos X y las ondas de radio), <em>energ\u00eda ac\u00fastica<\/em> (energ\u00eda transportada por las ondas sonoras), <em>energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica<\/em> (energ\u00eda creada por cargas el\u00e9ctricas), <em>energ\u00eda t\u00e9rmica<\/em> (part\u00edculas de energ\u00eda liberadas debido a cambios de temperatura), <em>energ\u00eda magn\u00e9tica<\/em> (energ\u00eda almacenada en campos magn\u00e9ticos).      <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>\u00bfEstas energ\u00edas entran en juego durante nuestra pr\u00e1ctica de Tai Chi? \u00bfY la energ\u00eda Qi? <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La energ\u00eda que entra en juego en la pr\u00e1ctica del Tai Chi puede abarcar muchas de las energ\u00edas universales mencionadas anteriormente. Cuando nos movemos utilizamos la energ\u00eda mec\u00e1nica almacenada para realizar nuestras diversas posiciones en el espacio. Esto, a su vez, libera energ\u00eda cin\u00e9tica para que se produzca el movimiento (como el efecto de la piedra). Nuestro cerebro utiliza energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica para transmitir se\u00f1ales el\u00e9ctricas (EEG) a trav\u00e9s de los circuitos necesarios para crear los movimientos espec\u00edficos que elegimos, mientras que los circuitos el\u00e9ctricos de nuestro coraz\u00f3n (ECG) generan la acci\u00f3n de bombeo del m\u00fasculo card\u00edaco necesaria para que fluya nuestra sangre. Esta electricidad en nuestro cuerpo crea un campo magn\u00e9tico alrededor de cada uno de nosotros, ayud\u00e1ndonos a movernos en sincron\u00eda unos con otros durante la tabla.    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En nuestra pr\u00e1ctica tambi\u00e9n podemos experimentar otras energ\u00edas. Las fuerzas gravitacionales del campo gravitatorio son con las que trabajamos al hacer nuestros dan-yus. Y despu\u00e9s de varios dan-yus, el calor procedente de la activaci\u00f3n de la circulaci\u00f3n sangu\u00ednea libera energ\u00eda t\u00e9rmica, lo que nos permite relajarnos m\u00e1s. Y, por \u00faltimo, la energ\u00eda qu\u00edmica almacenada de los alimentos que hemos ingerido nos da la energ\u00eda necesaria para continuar con varias series consecutivas.   <em> Algunos creen que todas estas energ\u00edas son elementos esenciales de nuestro Qi, o \u00abenerg\u00eda vital\u00bb. Otros, sin embargo, creen que el Qi es una <\/em> <em>Fuerza distinta por s\u00ed misma.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>\u00bfEn qu\u00e9 se diferencia la perspectiva oriental del Qi, especialmente con respecto a la pr\u00e1ctica del Tai Chi?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En la Medicina Tradicional China existen tres importantes centros energ\u00e9ticos denominados \u00abdantians\u00bb, similares al concepto de \u00abchakras\u00bb de la Medicina Ayurv\u00e9dica. Los dantians se consideran puertas esenciales para el desarrollo del cuerpo, la mente, y el esp\u00edritu. Cada uno de nuestros dantians (superior, medio e inferior) se activa durante nuestra pr\u00e1ctica de Tai Chi con la energ\u00eda <em>Qi <\/em>generada y almacenada en ellos. Se considera que el dantian inferior (\u00abJing\u00bb), al que se accede con frecuencia durante la pr\u00e1ctica, contiene la esencia de la vida y est\u00e1 estrechamente relacionado con nuestro poder f\u00edsico y espiritual.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se cree que la energ\u00eda <em>Qi <\/em>durante nuestra pr\u00e1ctica de Tai Chi fluye a trav\u00e9s de cuatro elementos primarios: <em>Rechazar o Expandir (Peng)<\/em> es la energ\u00eda hacia el exterior que nos protege y estabiliza, <em>Desviar (Lu)<\/em> redirige la energ\u00eda entrante y la conserva, <em>Presionar (Ji)<\/em> enfoca la energ\u00eda hacia el interior para concentrar el poder, <em>Empujar (An)<\/em> canaliza la energ\u00eda hacia el exterior para una liberaci\u00f3n controlada. El objetivo de estas cuatro energ\u00edas combinadas es crear un equilibrio entre la contracci\u00f3n y la expansi\u00f3n del cuerpo mientras nos movemos, equilibrando las fuerzas <em>Yin y Yang<\/em> que representan. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo conectamos con nuestros dantians en el Tai Chi?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se entiende que todos los movimientos durante la pr\u00e1ctica del Tai Chi tienen su origen en estos dantians<em>.<\/em> En consecuencia, el primer principio de la pr\u00e1ctica reside en el <strong><em>enraizamiento y centrado<\/em><\/strong> de nuestro cuerpo.<em>. El enraizamiento <\/em>nos permite estar conectados a la Tierra mientras pisamos y empujamos hacia abajo con los pies. La transferencia de \u00ab<em>energ\u00eda vital<\/em>\u00bb o <em>Qi <\/em>de la Tierra puede entonces viajar desde nuestros pies por todo el cuerpo a trav\u00e9s de los dantians<em>.<\/em> Mantener una <em><strong>postura alineada<\/strong><\/em> durante estos movimientos es esencial para que este <em>Qi <\/em>fluya sin obst\u00e1culos a trav\u00e9s de los dantians<em>.<\/em> Se dice que los <strong>movimientos <em>repetidos <\/em><em>en espiral<\/em><\/strong> que realizamos aumentan el flujo natural del <em>Qi<\/em>, provocando un incremento progresivo de su intensidad cada vez que subimos en espiral. La <strong><em>relajaci\u00f3n <\/em><\/strong>tambi\u00e9n es un elemento clave para mantener los dantians abiertos. Si nuestros tejidos y m\u00fasculos se mantienen demasiado tensos durante nuestra pr\u00e1ctica de Tai Chi, creamos resistencia, impidiendo este importante flujo de energ\u00eda.    Todos estos elementos requieren <strong><em>concentraci\u00f3n e intenci\u00f3n en coordinaci\u00f3n con cuerpo y mente<\/em><\/strong><em>.<\/em> As\u00ed se puede corregir cualquier bloqueo interno existente y se nos prepara para recibir una <em>conexi\u00f3n \u00fanica con nuestra \u00abEnerg\u00eda Vital\u00bb o Qi; lo que nos conduce a una mejor salud f\u00edsica, mental y espiritual<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>La energ\u00eda parece abarcar las fuerzas internas y externas de la vida.
