<\/figure><\/div>\n\nNous avons pratiqu\u00e9 : beaucoup d\u2019exercices de fondation, et m\u00eame quelques jongs ramen\u00e9s \u00e0 la m\u00e9moire collective par des gens ayant c\u00f4toy\u00e9 ma\u00eetre Moy de pr\u00e8s, que nous pratiquons r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement en ligne. Quelques encha\u00eenements aussi, bien ancr\u00e9s dans les pieds, suivis de douces minutes de m\u00e9ditation debout, et des rang\u00e9es de singes et de nuages, port\u00e9es par cet effet de spirale originant des pieds.<\/p>\n\n
La pouss\u00e9e des pieds, ce principe primordial qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en lumi\u00e8re entre autres dans cette fabuleuse pr\u00e9sentation de Lila, qui nous a parl\u00e9 de l\u2019impressionnante constitution des pieds et de leur r\u00f4le, tant dans les mouvements du quotidien que dans ceux du tai chi. Vous l\u2019aurez compris, nous avons aussi beaucoup appris gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019expertise de Lila, mais de m\u00eame gr\u00e2ce aux instructions de Jim, Joe et Chris, directement inspir\u00e9es de celles donn\u00e9es jadis par ma\u00eetre Moy. Ces instructions, comprises et int\u00e9gr\u00e9es au fil de longues ann\u00e9es de pratique, nous ont \u00e9t\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement transmises lors de cette fin de semaine par ces passionn\u00e9s et virtuoses de ces arts internes. Gr\u00e2ce enfin \u00e0 l\u2019\u0153il attentionn\u00e9 d\u2019autres personnes de grande exp\u00e9rience, plus discr\u00e8tes mais non moins pr\u00e9sentes, qui nous accompagnent avec constance dans notre pratique et nos r\u00e9flexions.<\/p>\n\n
Nous avons r\u00e9fl\u00e9chi \u00e0 la richesse de cet art, et \u00e0 tout ce que \u00e7a prend de sinc\u00e9rit\u00e9, de patience et d\u2019humilit\u00e9 pour cheminer. Personnellement, j\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9blouie par cette grande et sinc\u00e8re bienveillance et cette profonde confiance qui r\u00e9gnaient, nourries et offertes sans retenue par chacune et chacun. Les gens \u00e9taient heureux de se voir en personne; on le voyait \u00e0 leurs chaleureux sourires et \u00e0 leurs bras grands ouverts.
