Description
Based in Asker, Norway (outside of Oslo), Ann Danaiya Usher began her practice of tai chi in the style of Master Moy Lin Shin in the early 1980s and has taught in Norway since 2008. Over the last decade, she has been exploring the internal structures of the movement in search of a methodology to inform her own practice and to ground her teaching. This pursuit has resulted in a tentative set of principles – a “grammar” of tai chi. She offers regular workshops at the Nøsen retreat centre in the Norwegian mountains.
