Inspiration to bear down & focus, for beginners like myself this is a large portion of this Art. Thanks.
I always remember fondly an international Tai Chi workshop in Barcelona, when I was in the second row, I had in front of me an elderly woman over 80 years old, and we started to do Dan-yus for more than 20 minutes. When I thought I could not go on, seeing that this woman could go on, helped me to understand that the limit is only in our mind, and that by reprogramming our mental limitations we can always go further. That woman, without knowing it, gave me a great lesson. That’s how it is on this planet where we are constantly learning from each other. We only need to open our senses and our minds to discover it and constantly learn from everything and everyone.
