We operate as a branch of the Canadian Tai Chi Academy (CTCA) in Cochrane, Alberta. We offer classes in Master Moy Lin-Shin’s 108-move Tai Chi set, welcoming practitioners of all ages and experience levels. Our lead instructors bring a combined 75 years of practice and continue to develop their skills through CTCA workshops across Canada. The CTCA is a national not-for-profit registered charity, volunteer-run since 2006, dedicated to helping people maintain or regain good health through Tai Chi.
