The Tai Chi with Saber form is another gift from Master Moy and is believed to trace its origins back to the legendary Chang Sang Feng. Comprising 27 movements, this form offers the benefit of working on the body’s physiology, particularly at the musculoskeletal level.
The spirals, the Dan-yus on one leg and the circular movements above the head are key features that aid in stretching and relaxing the shoulders and upper back.
When practised diligently, this sequence helps to open the upper gate.
