Totally agree Ed. Jongs (or Tai Chi Exercises we call them) are easy to remember and help all aspects of the participant. To Newcomers we say ‘Don’t Worry’ about remembering the Moves – just pick a couple of these Jongs and run with it. You’ll still feel great afterwards!
